BUYING GUIDE:

  • How do I know my ring size?

The best way to know your size is to get our Free Ring Sizer HERE. You can wear the ring sizer throughout the day to test your size at different times and with different activities. It’s available between sizes 3.5 – 17 with full and half sizes. 

NOTE: It all really boils down to how you want the ring to fit. There might be a little resistance when taking it off. If your knuckles are big, please do not size down for the smaller sizes.

  • Do you offer half size?

Yes, we do! 🙂You can find the full size list on the product page, if your size is out of stock, or not on the list, feel free to reach out to our customer service team to chat further, we will try our best to sort it out for you.

  • What rings are you recommend if I have a Nickel allergy?
No problem at all! In this case, we would recommend you to try Titanium, Black Zirconium, Cobalt, and Carbon Fiber rings. Tungsten rings have a bit of nickel in them, so avoid those please! 🙂
  • Do you offer the ring engraving service?

Yes, we do! 🙂 You will see free engraving available on the product page for products available for engraving.

  • I got my ring, but it doesn’t fit, what can I do?

Don’t worry. We’ve got your back! We offer a year-long free exchange program.

Simply email: [email protected], and our customer service team will take care of you.

  • How do I take care of my ring?

We have gone the extra mile to ensure that every one of our rings is durable and resistant to wear. 

It’s always a wise choice to take off your band when you wash dishes, scrub the bathroom, or perform other tasks that require harsh chemicals or abrasive solutions often found in household cleaners.

SHIPPING:

  • How much is the shipping fee? How long will it take?

For in-stock items, 

With the Expedited Shipping option,  your order will arrive within 2-3 business days at the earliest.

With the Free Shipping option, your order will arrive between 5-9 business days.

  • Where do you ship to?

We only service the continental US and Canada at the moment.

  • Do you accept PO Box or military address?

We only accept the order shipping to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) via the Standard Shipping method. Expedited Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. 

  • How do I track my order? 

We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order has been processed for delivery. In this email, we will include a link to Track your order

PAYMENT:

  • What payment methods can I use?

We accept several payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express. Payment will be processed from your credit card as soon as you place your order. To ensure the security of our customers, we take fraud very seriously and all card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

We currently display prices and accept payment in the following currencies: US Dollars, EUR, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, and British Pounds. You are free to pay in the currency of your choice, and if you change your payment currency in the website footer, prices will be converted accordingly.

If you encounter any difficulties with your payment or order, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]..

  • I can’t proceed with the payment, what can I do?

Feel free to talk to our customer service team via Livechat during business hours, or drop us an email at [email protected]. An alternative using a different card may do the trick.

  • I ordered the wrong thing, how do I cancel or change my order?

The best way to cancel an order is to email: [email protected].

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped out, we are more than happy to help you process your request. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Can I return or exchange my rings? 

The products can be returned for a refund within 30 days after being received. Alternatively, you may take advantage of our year-long free exchange service, as long as your order meets the conditions. Please refer to Return & Exchange Policy for details.

  • What is the return or exchange process?

Simply email [email protected] to initiate the return process, we’ll provide you the return address and other necessary information. 

Please send the product along with the product list, which includes the Order Number, and product SKU. Return tracking No. is required; we will deal with the product exchange or issue the refund after we receive your returning parcel.

NOTE: 

1.  We do not accept returned packages without contact.

2. Clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
