Your satisfaction is our highest pursuit.

Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you check immediately to make sure the ring meets your requirement. If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to request a return, please don’t keep the ring in new and unused condition.

The products can be returned for a refund within 30 days after being received. Alternatively, you may take advantage of our year-long free exchange service. In any case, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] Our service team will do their best to help you resolve any issue you may have encountered.

If you wish to return your order for product quality reasons, i.e. the product was damaged or flawed, you are not required to pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, you may be responsible for taking care of the logistics fee of returning the product.

No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product is in its original packaging
– No visible sign of usage may be seen.
